CARD, NATIONAL ID CARD, USCIS PHOTO ID, VISA (issued by the US Dept of State), a CIVIL BIRTH CERTIFICATE can be accepted only with an AFFIDAVIT OF IDENTITY (additional fee of $30). 

  • When should I receive my International Drivers License or a Personal Identification Card in the mail?

    Depending on where you live, delivery can take up to a couple of days to a couple of weeks. Processing times also may differ depending on the verification of your proof of identity and what Non-Governmental ID Card you have requested. 

  • What is the cost of an International Drivers License or a Personal Identification Card?

    At Licencia Servicio, the cost of an International Drivers License or a Personal Identification Card differs on the proof of identification you submit. For example, if you are using a birth certificate and do not have an Affidavit of Identity, then the fee would be an extra $30.00. If you have any questions regarding costs, please contact us.
